Shipping policy

Orders are typically ready for pick up, local delivery, or shipped out within 24-48 hours on business days. Times may vary and fullfillment times may be longer during busier times. For pick ups and deliveries, notifications are sent via email or text when orders are ready with instructions to schedule a pick up/delivery time. Pick ups and deliveries are scheduled in 30 minute time periods. If you do not make it in your scheduled 30 minutes pick up time, you will have to reschedule your pick up. Delivery fees only include one delivery attempt. 
**Same Day Pick Ups or Delivery orders must be placed at least an hour before closing on business days available. Example Pick Ups close at 9 p.m. orders must be placed before 8:00 p.m. Delivery ends at 7 p.m. orders must be placed before 6:00 p.m.**

Ki-Ki’s Boutique is not responsible if you do not enter the correct shipping address. Please make sure you are taking your time to enter all information correctly.

For pick-ups and deliveries only. If you have not picked your order up within 60 days from purchase, your order will be restocked without a refund. If you have not paid for, set up, and/or been available for delivery during business hours within 60 days from purchase, your order will be restocked without a refund.
